Just in time for the holiday season and beyond! Destress, decompress, refresh and rejuvenate. Join Ruth for a wonderfully soothing 60 minute restorative yoga session. The first Friday of each month at 5:30pm starting November 5. You can attend either in person at the studio (Blankets, cushions, essential oils and flameless candles included or bring your own) or in the comfort of your home (you'll have to provide your props and ambience). No experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes and be prepared to feel more relaxed than you ever thought possible.
