All your favorite barefoot formats (barre, Pilates, yoga and core) combined into one full body workout.  You will tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles while also increasing your heart rate with short bursts of low impact cardio.  Equipment varies but may include a mat, light weights, loop bands, barre and gliders.
