As a dedicated Peak Pilates instructor, I am passionate about helping clients build strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness through intelligent movement. My teaching style combines classical Pilates principles with personalized attention to create sessions that are both supportive and challenging. Outside the studio, I enjoy healthy cooking, photography, half-marathon running, and spending time with my two boys. My active lifestyle and commitment to wellness inspire my approach to movement, helping clients feel stronger, more connected, and confident in their bodies.
