Be challenged at your own level in this “one and done” workout. You will train the three necessary elements of optimal fitness: strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility in this 60 minute class. No equipment is required (perhaps a yoga mat) – you are going to be surprised with what you can achieve using only your bodyweight! Class begins with strength work focusing on conditioning and strengthening your core. Next is cardio intervals with an athletic feel. Finally, wind down and lengthen everything with mobility and flexibility training. Perfect way to begin your day – you will buzzing with energy!
