Love Reformer? Looking to get your cardio in? Then this class is for you! The jump board utilizes spring resistance, vs gravity, to allow for plyometric movements that allow you to get the heart rate up while being low-impact and easy on the joints. Jumping on the jump board has also been shown to increase bone density.... win-win!
This Pilates Reformer small group class of up to 3 is for people with previous Pilates reformer experiences. We recommend at least 3 prior reformer classes. don't hesitate to reach out if you aren't sure if this class is right for you! By signing up for class, you acknowledge that you have previous reformer experience.
55-minute session. If only one person is present for a small group training it will automatically become a 30 minute private (1:1) session.
By Registering for this Pilates Reformer Class, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Cancellation Policy: Without exception, you MUST cancel class 8 hours in advance or you will be deducted that class. All Pilates Reformer passes are subject to be forfeited with less than 8 hours cancellation notice or for no-shows.
Late Arrival Policy: Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to class time (10 minutes if it is your first class). For the safety of all participants, individuals arriving more the 5 minutes late to the class will not be admitted. This policy is in place to ensure that all participants receive proper instruction and to reduce the risk of any injury. Additionally, if you arrive late, you understand that your class pass will be forfeited and cannot be used for a future session.
Reformer Passes are Non-transferrable.
Grip socks are required on the reformers. If you don't have, we do have available for purchase in studio.
