Are you stressed? Have a hard time relaxing and calming your mind? Have you tried meditation and other things that just don't seem to shut your mind off? Then a soundbath is for you! In a soundbath participants lie down on a yoga mat and get as comfortable as possible. Participants are encouraged to bring pillows, blankets, eye masks and bolsters to get extra snuggly. Once settled, we begin with a short guided meditation followed by the sounds of Singing bowls, gongs, drums chimes and other instruments that are intentionally played in patterns to help our participants fall into a deep meditative state where their body, mind and spirit can do its best healing. Not only will you feel incredibly relaxed, most participants find a relief of pain and anxiety as well as sleeping incredibly well for a few days following.
