Barre is the class you love to hate. This low impact class will strengthen and tone from head to toe.

Equipment: Body bar or hand weights, a chair/counter or body bar for balance, and mat. Additional optional props such as yoga blocks, resistance bands, etc may be used in class. Your instructor will let you know what you need.
