A Yin practice increases flexibility and range of motion, as well as mindfulness. It encourages a healthy flow of life force by stretching, stimulating and creating fluidity in the deep connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments). Perfect to practice in the evening, class will also introduce some of the techniques of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep meditation. You will feel relaxed, loose and light after this class!
