Functional training at it’s finest!  This is a full body workout with an emphasis on the muscles of our trunk  and those that connect to our trunk,  aka our “POWERHOUSE”.  This class will not only prepare you for workouts in the gym but will assist you in performing all of your daily activities better!  

Equipment:  assorted dumbbells, tubing, bands & gliders

All Levels.
