A full body workout which includes cardio, strength and a whole lot of fun!  This class will have you moving through different circuits  that will challenge and push you to be the best you can be.   All levels, options provided.

Equipment:  Varies from class to class.  Dumbbells,  benches, bands and gliders will be used
